INTRODUCTION
Now a days the companies are focusing on the standards of the consumer and trying to
achieve them and satisfying them. Most of the people are willing that the companies should
concern towards the social and environmental issues of the society. Understanding the
importance and need of the social responsibility Health and social care sector has planned to
fulfil those duties and responsibilities(Ng,and Coakes., 2013).It is a concept where the
integration of social and environmental factors are done by the firm for its operations.
Here we will study about the Project management plans, its evaluation with process and
research method, decision making process and the reviews to the Corporate Social Responsibility
of North Yorkshiere. It is an health care home

P1 Aims and objectives of the project.
Project management means to manage the group of works to attain the specific goal.
There are many factors which helps in managing the task and operations given(Mendizabal.,
2014). The task of North Yorkshiere is to build CSR( Corporate Social Responsibility), So it is
very necessary to manage each and every step involved in the operation of CSR activity.
Objectives may be defined as follows-

plans can be created to attain the goals of successful CSR plan.
Stages of project management plan-
Initiating- At this stage the over all task in detail manner is described. So that the Health
and social care sector could be able to fallow the task properly. The objective of the plan
is also described in this stage of project management plan.
Planning- This is the stage where the detailed research is done to explore the available
market resource related to the project study. Brainstorming has to be done timely to
innovate new ideas and thoughts.

Executing- This stage includes all those activities which will help in the implementation
of the plan that has been generated in the previous stage(Sternberg., 2000. ). The leader
should always supervise the man power by availing them all the required material to
attain the set objective of the project plan. The manager should also has the responsibility
to take reviews of the task performance by the workforce and correcting them if required.
Controlling- This stage helps in the evaluation of the performed task whether the
performance has met the set standards or not are analysed here. Corrective measures are
taken here.
Follow ups/Feedback/Closing- This is the last phase where the firm take follow ups from
the related people such as the employees and customers and if the project has been done
successfully then the firm will close the task and will make a sustainability plans.

Time management- As we are into such a project which is very crucial and at a big level
hence the time factor is very vital part. It has to be very carefully managed so that the
health and social care work and achieve the project's goal on time otherwise the delay in
the project will affect the outcomes and result.
Cost management- As the project is to involve in the CSR activities the firm has to fulfil
the requirements of the society and also focus on the social and the environmental factors
of the nation (Graafland, and et. al., 2003). Cost factor is again a very important act
because it if proper management is not done then the wastage part get increases and the
effective result can not be availed on time and the objective of the project can not be
fulfilled.
Quality management- The project is basically done for the welfare of the firm as well as
the society hence the quality of the service of the project should be very good so as the
project at the end can be said as effective and satisfactory.

Work down structure means that the work of any project is divided into sub parts for the
easy and convenient way to perform the task on a given limit of the time. It is the sum of the
work that is delegated to the workforce with a team to handle it very carefully and to attain the
objective of the project.
It generally means that the breaking down the bundle of task into small part. Segmenting
the project work by the leader to make it easy to attain the objectives effectively and efficiently.
There are methods to represent the task of the project that which part of the project is done by
whom and what is the limit of time to complete the given task (Jamali and Keshishian., 2009.).
The structure is represented in different forms like graphs and charts. Hierarchical representation

for the production processing. It helps in tracking the task allotted to the man power. It is mostly
represented in horizontal manner and proper presentation is done which help in the clear vision
