AI Summary
This report delves into the core concepts of effective teaching, focusing on leading and managing a differentiated classroom. It examines the importance of generating effective learning practices and adapting to the changing needs of diverse learners. The report highlights the significance of backward design in creating structured learning experiences, emphasizing the identification of learning goals and the organization of tasks. Furthermore, it explores the SOLO Taxonomy as a tool for understanding how learners develop and categorize information. The report emphasizes the importance of inclusive learning and teaching, acknowledging the diverse needs of students and the use of abstract concepts to facilitate learning and improve teaching strategies. MAIN BODY
JOURNAL 1
The term teaching is one of the main instruments that is related with education and it is
one of the special function that is impart with understanding and skill. The main function of
teaching is to generate effective learning practices and it is a complete process that improve
learning factors of individuals. In simple terms, teaching is a process among which individual
teach and instruct another person and it is an act of imparting instruction to learn all factors in a
systematic manner (Ciampa and Gallagher, 2016). Moreover, this report highlights on leading
and managing a differentiated classroom that articulate vision by support of teaching process.
This also undertakes about backward design and planning to identify different advantages of
learner. In the present scenario, teacher are responsible for a great or large variety of learners.
This include or relate with greater diversity of needs as compare to other needs of individuals. It
also consider that students and the type of classroom is changed and with analyse about ever-
changing dynamics of technology. Teachers successfully teach whole class by analyse of
individual mind. In context of leading and managing a differentiated classroom management
resolve issue to address students problems in a proactive and thoughtfully manner. The main
focus of book is consider towards generating appropriate results to manage task in proactive
manner (Slavych, 2020). Leading and managing change in differentiated methods helps for
focusing about all those factors that develop responsive classrooms by delegating values that
support teacher to obtain appropriate results by completing their role in proper manner. On the
other side, second aspect define that with adoption of different mechanics and managing the
differentiated classroom explain teacher who manage work with best intentions, a dynamic
curriculum and the plan related with differentiation aids to translate all ideas and convert them
into practices to perform all task in proper manner. Similarly, classroom management
understand, instruct, differentiate and accept all those factors that helps to develop long term
plans.
JOURNAL 2
Backward planning or backward mapping is known as backward design, this is explained
as a process that is used by educators for design learning experience and techniques that instruct
an individual to accomplish their specific learning goals. Backward design start with objective of

a unit or course. The main functions of backward design is to identify what students wants to
learn and then process to manage their task in an organised manner. Like, learner design and
develop it's strategy which is concerned towards focusing on those lessons which aids them to
complete their work in an organised manner (Digiovanni, 2015). Written description of students
is designed according to desired goals and educational areas that improve learning factor to
manage all work with analyse of specific stage. The basic rationale behind motive of backward
design is to start work according to end goal. Instead of generating lesson most educational goals
is achieved through analysing all units, course, curriculum and schedule to improve learning
factors of students. With understand of all terms specifically inclusive teaching and learning
recognise about all students entitlement to improve learning experience. This respects diversity,
enable participation and minimising barrier for performing all task according to learning needs
and preferences. In simple terms, inclusive learning and teaching recognise about all student's
entitlement towards a learning experience and it respect diversity, enable participation, minimise
barrier to consider about needs and preferences of learning.
JOURNAL 3
The term SOLO Taxonomy is explained as a systematic method for describing how an
individual specifically learner understand and develop all aspects that helps to learn all simple
factors to learn about all subject and task. As a learner various goals are generated and it aids to
identify and execute about all those factors through which overall learning and teaching
strategies is improved (Andrews and Cole, 2015). Moreover, organisation categorizes about
learning factors that make decade about strategies to analyse and evaluate all learning areas.
With develop of an abstract concept, students formulate an idea which is understand by
individual and they are not designed in physical form. The ability to identify, communicate and
understand about abstract concepts and it is defined as foundational elements of human
intelligence. This explain about develop of incorporate situations to manage work-practices in an
appropriate manner through incorporating about all learning materials in proper manner. The
above report define that there are various factors relates with learning and it is used to manage
all classroom related factors. By utilise of all learning areas this is easy to improve teaching
related factors. Backward design and planning perform an important role for increasing learning
aspects by managing all plans in proper manner. In the last, extend abstract approach aids
students to accomplish goals by learning and analysing feedback.
