The project is supposed to complete the use of technology in the small business organisation.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know? Specifically, please outline
any evaluation and assessment undertaken.
Yes, the project has succeeded in achieving the aim of implementing technology to complete
the task on the given time frame. Hence, Network Critical Solutions is implementing the
technology to make a real growth of success.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project
(e.g initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of
perspectives.
The proper planning is helpful to complete the project on the set time frame. The planning
was to assist the employees and complete the project step by step.
4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there
timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process?
At the time of project, there are some employees those are not able to use the technology in a
proper way. To resolve the problems the proper tanning is provided to them. In addition to
that, the proper management of the plan is also helpful.
5. What did you learn from undertaking the project?
I have learnt to manage the team and proper knowledge of implementation of technology as
well.
6. How would you rate your performance as a management consultant leading the
project?
I would rate 7 out of 10 because there requires some improvement in my skill as well.
7. What strengths and weakness of your performance did you identify?
The main strength I have the experience, communication, managing the team and knowledge
regarding the technology.
The weakness in me is nervousness and lack of patience.
8. How will this inform and support your continuous professional development?
In order to have a professional development, I try my level best overcome the weakness as

soon as possible. I also tried to over the feeling of nervousness as well. In addition to that, I
am being calm and composed to tackle difficult the situation. Moreover, all the things help
me to grow the level of performance.
