of age, gender, religion, caste, race, community, background etc. Whereas, diversity is all about
to take the difference between the different personalities on the basis of their education,
experience, knowledge and skills as well. This report is based on Farmfoods that is the largest
supermarket chain in the British frozen food and it is based in the Cumbernauld, Scotland. It is
the company that has huge branches that get spread all around the UK as they are having the 300
stores. This report includes the project aim and objectives, project management plan and the
small scale research with the reflection.
