collect information from primary sources (Rowden, 2017).
Secondary sources- This source provides access to some past and pre collected and exits
information that can be used by a researcher to support arguments of its findings. Secondary data
can be collected from literature, books, journal, past articles, records and also through online
website (Sanghera, 2019).
For collection of data for this research use of a questionnaire is made that is having 6
Quantitative close ended questions and 4 open ended qualitative questions to get and gatherer the
opinion of respondents. Use of random sampling method is made to solve the issue of biasness
in research and selection of a pre resolute number of units is made from a large population to
conduct this research in an efficient and effective way. Selection of 30 respondents are made
from stakeholders of ThirdWay company which includes its directors, mangers, employees,
clients, suppliers, customers and other related party. Following questionnaire is provided to these
individuals to have their opinion on the topic “Equality and diversity together with the provisions
of Equality act 2010.”

gathered and collected by investigator through making its own personal efforts thus, provides the
most authentic and reliable data for research. Use of a questionnaire is made to by researcher to
collect information from primary sources (Rowden, 2017).
Secondary sources- This source provides access to some past and pre collected and exits
information that can be used by a researcher to support arguments of its findings. Secondary data
can be collected from literature, books, journal, past articles, records and also through online
website (Sanghera, 2019).
For collection of data for this research use of a questionnaire is made that is having 6
Quantitative close ended questions and 4 open ended qualitative questions to get and gatherer the
opinion of respondents. Use of random sampling method is made to solve the issue of biasness
in research and selection of a pre resolute number of units is made from a large population to
conduct this research in an efficient and effective way. Selection of 30 respondents are made
from stakeholders of ThirdWay company which includes its directors, mangers, employees,
clients, suppliers, customers and other related party. Following questionnaire is provided to these
individuals to have their opinion on the topic “Equality and diversity together with the provisions
of Equality act 2010.”
