on employees. Racial inequalities is defined as dividing or authorization power, improper way of

processing and provides quality of services to its end users. It has offices and branches in Asia, U.S
& in Middle East. Company’s technology allows businesses to accept payments via online modes.
It involves credit, debit card, stored value digital wallets etc. This report includes aims & objectives,
project management plan, WBS and Gantt chart, research methods, research and data techniques,
recommendations and reflection. This report gives brief knowledge about concept of gender as well
as racial inequality how they affects the personnel & their behaviour at workplace.

Qualitative approach- In this method, theoretical concept is mostly focused rather than
