INTRODUCTION
Equality and diversity is essential part of business as this will lead to have provide fair
and equal opportunities to employees. It is crucial for company to create equal and fair working
environment as this will lead to motivate employees (Ahmed Dine Rabeh, Jimenez-Jimenez and
Martínez-Costa, 2013). Equality and diverse culture in business will lead to enhance
performance and productivity. This report is based on Eggfree cake box company. This is a
medium size company which is providing its high quality products and services in UK market
area. This company was developed in year 2009. This report will include information regarding
concept of equality and diversity in organisation. It consist of project management plan as well
as work breakdown structure and Gantt chart. In this, different research method and data
collection tools are determined. Analysis of collected information is conducted as well as
recommendation are provided. Apart form this reflection on learning and performance is
determined.
