LITERATURE REVIEW
Managing Cultural Diversity through Diversity Training
As per Gilbert (2017), This is important for a business organization to provide better
training to new employees in order to make them aware of work culture of organization. Race
discrimination is one of the most typical issue for organization. As illustrated by Otaye-Ebede
(2019), It is important for the organization to reduce address issues regarding race discrimination
in order to prevent conflicts between employees. According to Rowlands and Iles (2017), This is
also important for them train employees for different processes that are used by the organization
to maintain performance of organization with high diversity. According to Noon, (2018) this is
very important for company to provide training of diverse culture ton the employees to help them
to get adjusted in work place of company. According to Shemla and Wegge (2019), There are
different processes of training are used by organization to make people aware company culture.
This is also a beneficiary process for organization.
As per view of Jyoti and Kour (2017), Diversity training is basically the training program
which is being carried out by organization to make the employees aware about diversity issues at
workplace like belies, perception of people. According to Scott and Wildman (2017), Initially,
diversity training was not much popular among organizations but since the emergence of people
from varying culture in organization, issues relating to culture, conflicts of interest, contrasting
views has arisen and this has shifted the focus of organizations from normal training to diversity
training. According to Goold and Campbell (2019), This research will enlighten the diversity
training given by Tesla to its recruit and the extent to which it is effective. The main aim of
choosing this organization is that it is a diversified organization which has large number of
employees of different culture, background, state, country thus studying this organization will
help to better understand importance of diversity training.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Saunder's research onion
Saunder's research onion mainly illustrates the various stages which are involved within
development of the research work. In short, this model mainly gives the detailed description of
numerous stages within research process. The main stages within Saunders onion stage are
research philosophy, research approach, research strategies, research choice and research time
zone.
Research Design
In this research process exploratory design will be used to because it will help to develop
information on particular topic that is selected in report. This approach is selected because it can
help to analyse collected data effectively.
Research Approach
For this research process inductive approach will be used. This research approach will
help the researcher to evaluate data based on primary research. This research approach is
selected to develop new theories based on collected data.
Research Philosophy
The research philosophy that is used in this research is interpretivism which is effective
to explain the data that is collected in the research process. This approach is used to effectively
evaluate data collected form primary sources.
Document Page
Sampling
In this research project simple random sampling is used. As sample there are 30
employees of Tesla’s will be included in research process for data collection. Simple random
sampling is used in this research to avoid biased data.
Data Collection
For this research both primary and secondary data collection will be used and these
approaches will help researcher to collect precise and accurate data related to the topic. Primary
data will help to find the benefits of training process and secondary data collection will help to
find various process to provide training to employees.
Data Analysis
The major data analysis method which has been used in this research is thematic analysis.
The main of choosing this analysis method is that breaking down the research into themes helps
to draw conclusion easier.
Ethical Considerations
While carrying out the research, participants were not forced or pressurized for providing
their feedback and response. Besides this, the privacy of each and every participant were highly
ensured.
Research Type
For conducting this research, qualitative research type has been used. The major objective
of selecting qualitative research is to provide the complete description of research topic.
Qualitative data is collected in research to develop information about cultural diversity of
organization.
