1. What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
While implementing CSR activities, Ensono will increase their brand
awareness and target those customers to whom they can provide these
services.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know?
Specifically, please outline any evaluation and assessment
undertaken.
Yes, with the help of implementing CSR project it become easy for
organisation to accomplish their aims and objectives. I came to know
about that in modern era, it is essential for employees as well as
customers to know about CSR through which they can get
appropriate services in adequate manner.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all
aspects of the project (e.g initial inception, project activities and
project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
Project management plan works well because it helps me to set
out plans and procedures which has to be followed by
organisation.
4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they
tackled? Was there timely identification of issues and resolution
during the project process?
To collect information from large number of populations and it is
resolved by adopting appropriate tools and techniques. For
example, communication has been made with customers. Further
these problems were also tackle within time period to resolve the
issues which are facing by me.
5. What did you learn from undertaking the project?
It was a new topic for me and I learnt that CSR activities will
assist organisation in gaining better market position.
6. How would you rate your performance as a management
consultant leading the project?
I will be rating my performance 7 on the scale of 10. I tried my
best yet there were certain issues in my communication and

decision making skills.
7. What strengths and weakness of your performance did you
identify?
I had a strength of making teams and working with them while
my weakness was related to communicating to people and
satisfying them with information.

development?
I will have to improve my communication skills as to satisfy
managers and ensure that they are informed about my activities.
