INTRODUCTION
It is necessary for any business to gather all relevant information and knowledge about its
market so that by using this information it can easily expand its business. In this report there are a
company which name is ES and it is the best quality product selling company situated in European
union but not in UK (Rowley and Hartley 2017). This company wants to expand its business with
buying an existing Cafe business with use its communication process. In this report firstly
determine the range of decision and after than identifying existing and new communication
process. It completed with the business expansion and making several decisions about it.

1.1 Discussion about the range of decisions to be taken.
According to the given scenario, a new company ES established earlier for selling quality
food products to whole European union except the UK country. This business needs to take several
decisions for growth and to achieve set objectives. The range of decisions to be taken are discussed
as below:
Tactical Decision – These decisions are essential for this type of organization. In these
decisions, it is important that company fulfils all variables like money, manpower and
resources which are available for it. These decisions are taken with personal experience and
these must be implemented properly. Example: In order to become the market leader and
gain competitive advantage ES decides to launch new improved goods and services or
establish their new branches.
Operational Decision – In this type of decision, an organization should take all daily
routine decisions which are essential for carrying day to day business operations (Galliers
and Leidner 2014). Operational decisions help to achieve mission and by this, company can
easily run their business. Example: Regular ordering of supplies to meet the wants and
needs of customers to deliver quality services.
Strategic Decision – Such type of decisions is made by the top level management and
implemented by them. These decisions are also very important because they include all
strategies and policies related to business. Example: As ES is planning to open a new

regard to products and services which are purchased mostly by customers. So, it is important for
company to encourage their employees and promote them(Abdillah, 2014). Further, company also
makes a better relationship with its external stakeholders so that it can easily expand its business
