district with superb view of London Skyline. Britannia have 61 Hotels across the UK, which
offers the 10000 rooms to their customers. As the hotels are located in prime cities across the
United Kingdom and near by major airports, beaches-front towns, coastal and all around country
side. The vision of the hotel is to becoming the leading Hotel in London(Acs and et. al., 2017).
The guest of Jenny's Carvery also enjoy the continental cuisine in overstuffed Pizzeria, which
has a wide choice of Italian dishes & snacks, spice restaurant and also offering authentic Indian
cuisine.

Food beverage management is substantial activity of hotel & catering industry. The main
objective of F & B department, markets to satisfy their guest's expectation and also focuses on
purchasing, receiving, storing, issuing and preparation of foods & beverages for the final
