learning and development is so important that helps the students to enhance their knowledge.
The shared purpose is one of the best characteristics as the group environment helps to share the
purpose of learning and helps the students to develop (Goldstone, Baker and Barg, 2021). It used
to create the trust and openness among the group students which makes them to share the more
knowledge. By learning in the group it also helps the students to have the interdependence and
the sense of belongingness in order to enhance their knowledge. As there are many individuals in
the group that helps the students to have interdependence on each other.
The main characteristics of group environment in learning and development is consensus
in the decision-making. By having the many individual it helps the students and teachers to make
the better decisions related to the learning and development of the students. This also used to
create the participative leadership and make the leader of the group to make the good decisions
in order to grow (Solodko and Oksamytna, 2021). As there is diverse type of people in the

learning institute so this makes to have the inclusion of different type of people in the group
learning.

Group dynamic refers to the system that used to describe the effects of the roles and
behaviours on the individual members of the group or the whole group. There are various
strategies that helps to manage the group dynamics. This includes the establishing the norms that
helps to have full participation of the group members in the class. The members of the group
must have the self- reflection that helps them to know more about themselves and helps them to

critical analysis of the individuals or the group members it helps the students to have enhanced in
