In every business process there are high chances of arising conflicts and if it does then it
may place a huge impact on the firm and can hamper the performance level of an organisation
and also the economic condition of the country. As stated above that tourism is sector which is
growing on rapid speed and also contributing towards the economic growth of country. When
communication does not happen in an organisation in effective manner, high chances arises of
conflicts occuring and thus it will hamper the work (Graham, Ashworth and Tunbridge, 2016).

On the other aspect, tourism has shown many positive impacts on GDP rate natural and
cultural heritage and these places are attractive elements for a visitor and by attracting large
number of tourist high revenue can be generated . For example Barcelona is major part of Spain
which has maximum number of tourists but due to lack in many areas Govt. of Spain is not able
to apply effective policies which can regulate the position and status of the Barcelona. However,
there are various situation of conflicts which occurs between cultural and conservation resources
of heritage described below:
Disrespecting Tourist in terms of Rights: It is highly important for tourism sector to
respect an individual specially when he or she is taking their interest into their products and
services in a particular firm because if that is not taken care then it might have some serious
consequences and several sector and cultural practices, religion, beliefs and skills will be vastly
affected on the Govt. as well as society .
Lack of New Technology and Innovation: It is highly recommended for every business
process to be dynamic in nature because now-a-days market is changing at high speed and thus it
requires to adopt flexibility and dynamical nature in order to be successful and adopt technology
for making tourism sector more attractive and enhancing the performance level . Lack of correct
knowledge and experience can hamper the productivity and profitability, so Govt. and tourism
sector has been focusing on effective training session which can be provided with aim of
upgrading on regular basis in technological sector.
Preservation Threats against growth: If any Govt. who has been planning to update and
modify its heritage sights and are using outdates resources to upgrade them, then it will be next
to impossible for keeping them attractive for a visitor and just only government companies who
are following the same methodology then they won’t be able to attract clients towards their
products and services offered in market place .
Lack of Consultation: There are so many intellectual people who are taking step and
spreading awareness through various strategies for the prevention of any historical sites (Wang
and et. al., 2012). Thus they are helpful in finding best way for resolving issues which affect
growth and performance .

Tourism states many country's religion, way of living, art and architecture, rituals and festivals
etc. to the visitor who belongs from other country . This brings unity as when living and
adopting same nature worldwide then unity can be formed and peace can be established.

as:
Educational Purpose: In today's scenario, education is new trend as now-er days people
specially students are preferring to study abroad for getting degree so that they can get new
cultural studies and new places. Aim differs from person to person like someone aims for better

apply for it.
Recreation: It is all about a person who wants a break or morale boost from their routine life .
They mainly aim for leisure, relaxation and free time for satisfactory level. In tourism sector,
recreation plays vital role as it provides opportunities to the visitors to go to new place and meet
new people with different culture while having fun and enjoyment. Mostly people goes out with
friends, family or as couple for getting mentally refreshed .
Entertainment Purpose: Entertainment and tourism is interrelated with each other as the main
purpose for conducting tour is for spending time outside of routine life (Hakala, Lätti and
Sandberg, 2011). Mainly we can see the people going out for spending their vacations like
attending any festivals, concert. It can be explained with example like Brazil is famous for
organizing world's biggest musical festival which is Tomorrowland and people from different

Various methods can be evaluated by which particular knowledge can be obtained by the
managers on a certain topic and along with that surveys and feedbacks conducted towards any
tourist destination. These surveys and feedbacks helps those managers to analyse the areas in
which focus has to be done more. Same process and method has been adopted by the Govt., they
conduct feedbacks of visitors who came to visit historical places and thus by obtaining them,
evaluation can be done in the areas where more opportunities can be grabbed (Pearce, 2012). In
private sector, managers of the organisation can work on those sectors for effective performance.
