INTRODUCTION
Accommodation services are involving the different types of hospitality and logistic
services for the customers, with equipped rooms and sheltered services. There are the different
types of the accommodation services which cover the satisfaction of customers’ needs related to
the facilitated rooms for the overnight and day stay along with the lodging, food and travel space
services (Vargas-Sánchez, and Moral-Moral, 2019). Types of the accommodation services are,
hotels, guest house, apartments, cottage, bed and breakfasts etc. in the hospitality industry
accommodation services are the key source of higher revenue and profit as it is the key demand
of the customers in the tourist and hospitality industry and make the higher revenue with the
higher numbers of the accommodation booking.. Dacre Lakeside Park is the four-star hotel
located in the Driffield YO25 8SD, United Kingdom. This accommodation service organisation
is providing beautiful and luxurious holiday lodges. In this essay, analysis and evaluation of the
different size and scale of the accommodation services is done along with the analysis of
different type of the ownership. The role of the front office department and the role of
housekeeping department is evaluated in context to the effective accommodation services, along
with the study of importance of these departments interrelationship in customers satisfaction.
The role of the security is also identified in context to the effective accommodation services.

In this, the hospitality industry used to engaged with various kind of service which is
associated for the customer, such as accommodation service. The scale and size of the services
are continuously increasing day-to-day which help to formulate the effective growth of the
hospitality industry. When individual used to travel from one place to another, it is important to
receive all kind of facilities which is associated with the food, transportation, one of the key
services from that is accommodation which cover the shelter and food services too. The
accommodation services are helpful to customers or audiences and this is provide by hotel
industry. In this, there are some type of accommodation service which is budgeted friendly and
have luxury service. This include:
Luxury services: In the context with Dacre Lakeside park have always a top level of
staff and member who focus on the target of businessman, celebrities and so on. As per this, they

have high paying guest which also expect high standard facilities. As per this, the luxury hotel
which is comes in the category of five to four-star hotel which is comes in range. They used to

the staff and other member are usually associated with key services and do not offer the
elaborated services. This is well considered that the combination of both comfort and value of

responsibility of the front office department. Such as the reservations, reception, guest services
and night audit for which manager with the specific role work at the front office departments.
Such as front office manager, Reservation Manager, Reception Manager, Guest services
Manager and Night Audit Manager. Reservation manager role is to monitor and manage online
and offline booking along with the proper guidance of the customers relate to the services and
