INTRODUCTION
Managing continuous changing in the environment is essential in order to cope up with
business activities effectively. The continuous improvement is never ending process, in this it is
essential to review or evaluate the process of business in significant mode. The today's market is
very competitive in order to cope with this it is essential to drive those strategies which will be
helpful to promote improved performance. With the help of this there can be elimination in
relation to find root cause to problem. The present report will cover the activities of Tesco, it is
the retail sector engaged in grocery service. This will work as to achievement in organization
aims and objectives (Vargas-Hernández and Jimenez, 2016). The continuous improvement will
be helpful in relation to have changes like increment in employee engagement, productivity,
eliminate risk, enhancement in efficiency, improvement in business performance, reduction in
stress among the employees and resistance to future change. In this the human resource's
