As per widest terms, the vision of IT is the strategy approach towards controlling the IT
functions and departments under the Aconex’s environments. This is a wide view, however it comes
up with many problems. For understanding the cost to manage the vision, one must know the kind of
IT activity under ACX. The responsibilities of IT management are driven through internal
departments of the oragnization. Here, the Aconex is able to serve two type of activities. The
information technology sector on the other hand has been operating to serve the interests of ACX.
This maximises the investment of technology for fulfilling the Aconex’s objectives and goals.
Further, they are also able to fill-up the daily usage necessities for the different type of end-users.
They are the staffs of the Aconex as they undertake tasks assigned and are able to fulfil the
responsibilities assigned. It is able to make the end-users to be the front-line of the internal IT
