which has boosted many companies for innovation. Many companies are trying to build smart
factories which will involve digital manufacturing, lean manufacturing principles, smart
automation of products safely, efficiently and effectively which will produce zero waste. Maybe
in future it will be possible to create such smart factories which will reduce waste, noise
pollution, and increase safety in technological industries. This advanced smart industries will
also help companies to scale their production operations globally. Today 3D scanning and
printing of products and services are done easily.
Many companies are trying to move ahead and make 4 dimensional scanning and printing
of products which will help companies to reduce lead time, etc. in it might be possible to do
scanning and printing in 4 D as well. There are many companies like Dyson are also trying to
build robotics engineers, maybe till 2020 they will get successful in developing these robotics
engineers. These robotics engineers will be able to successfully be able to work on different

needs. This assignment will focus on future of technology industry beyond 2020, Dyson
organization's innovation requirements beyond 2020 and building future innovation capabilities
for the Organization. Dyson Company is a technology company which was established by James
Dyson in 1991. It designs and manufactures home appliances like hand dryers, vacuum-cleaners,
hair dryers etc. It has worldwide presence with more than 12000 employees (Erol et al., 2016).
Dyson is an innovative company and till 2020 they are trying to enter into artificial intelligence
sector also.

vacuum cleaners are available, automatic juicers are available which work without electricity. In
future demand for more innovative household product will only increase.
It is mostly used to increase the quality of product, lower cost of the product. It is also

completely dependent on these technologies like vacuum-cleaners are nowadays used for daily
vacuuming purpose in households (Forest, 2017). This innovation has increased the expectation
of their customers to bring new products in market which can be used by them. This one of the
major requirement of Dyson Company for innovation as they want to innovate new products as
their customers another requirement of innovation for the organizations is utilization (Röcker,
Ziefleand and Holzinger, 2014). Today these innovative products are used in various ways which
has decreased the overall expense and cost of the company as implementation of this advanced
