Inter project and intra project resource conflict
When two project requires the same resources at same time cause the
resource conflict as in such teams can be from different department, it called
as inter project resource conflict.
Whereas intra project resource conflict is when same group members have
dispute and conflicts with each other it affects the overall team performance
often gives negative impact over other team members.
Solving the inter group conflict organization required to analyze why the
conflict is surfaced then reiterating the goals for each team and then allow
