Act, and Data Protection Act. The compute Misuse Act was introduced in the year 1990.
This was used for securing the computer materials from access that is unauthorized and
harmful for the network. In addition to this the Copyright and Patent Act was introduced
in the year 1988 and this law is applicable to all the content that is developed in the
organization. The Data Protection Act was introduced in the year 1998. This act is
involved with the protection of data within the organization.
