Depth of thinking and reflection
By the gain of relevant pieces of knowledge from the learning material of the MLS, I
achieved some of the best and interactive understanding regrading the research and the collection
of information from the internet which is actually beneficial for me for the gain in better
knowledge and skills. In the context of the demonstration of the new knowledge in the class I
have learned that factors such as the communication and the intra personality skills are essential
for the improvement and the management of the skills in the context of the leadership and the
stewardship skills.
Furthermore I have been thinking about my gained knowledge that has been contributing
to the execution for the everyday practises and the needs that have eventually changed in terms
of my thinking procedure.
Transference
Through out my study and learning regarding MLS, I have learned the basic theoretical
concepts on the importance of the management, leadership and the stewardship for initiative
some of the major changes together with improvements in my life. The basic guidelines of the
MLS encircles with the ideas of necessary background theories that enhance and demonstrates
the efficiency of the management and the leadership skills of the organization (Olsen and Burk
2014). In the context of further integration of the knowledge, I have learned that gaining
knowledge and studying the relevant theories of the leadership, management and stewardship
will not only help in the development and the improvement in the skills of the personal life, the
implementation and the practical usage of the skills with correct notion is equally important for

becoming a pioneer in successful management and leadership skills. I have learned that proper
utilisation of the management and the leadership skills in the field of planning, managing or
directing, organising and effectively controlling of multiple tasks for the individual benefit and
also for the benefit of the organization is essential to become a competent manager and a leader.
Some of the well thought out examples in the case of the leadership and the management
skills includes implementation and practising of the management and the leadership skills in the
workplace which will enhance and encourage the employees in the organization towards the
gaining and the understanding of the knowledge in various categories of business related
theories. Effective interaction and communication with situations like the community, schooling,
family and the university requires proper management skills, leadership skills and the
stewardship skills which I have gained from the learning materials of the MLS.
Perceptions and interpretations
According to my personal insight and the knowledge that I have acquired from the
learning modules, management and the leadership skills includes the factors of rational, reflexive
and ethical insights. It is not something what I tend to do; rather it is something that I relate with
the others. Leadership is a factor concerning ubiquitous in our daily activities of our life.
Stewardship on the other hand targets on the promotion of the well being and the development of
the social initiatives in the campus or in the workforce. I believe that the concept of the
stewardship includes the concept of both the leadership and the management. This is because it is
one of the most essential concepts including conduction, supervision and management of the
skills together with the effective leadership skills towards responsible management and ensuring
care and the trust in the workplace. The signs and the symbols that have targeted my attention in

this context are the management of the messy organization, dealing with complex and different
interpretations and the recognition and he respect towards the differences and the creation of the

Depth of thinking and reflection
I often tend to make and pen down reflections over unexpected experiences of mine and
the outcomes of the changes to my lives. From the learning of the MLS, I have acquired
thorough theoretical and glimpse of practical knowledge of the leadership and the management
skills. According to my personal insight, reflection is one of the most powerful learning tool that
can be used consciously for boosting my management and the leadership skills for my future
practise in the organization or the employment I will be involved in. The depth of thinking and
reflection as per my personal insight of the learning and the knowledge module I have learned
the importance of the implementation of the leadership skills towards the real life scenarios of
the problem solving. I have observed that in case of the organization and companies, many types
of the individual wok together in a collaborative manner which is strongly necessary towards
workplace management. I believe that better ability regrading the MLS is useful by the effective
application of the knowledge that is gained from the skills of academics.
Transference
Reflection is one vital tool. This is because it elevates my self awareness which is one of
the key factors of the leadership. Effective management and the skills of the leadership are the
necessity in case of the benefit of the organization and for the team of employees working under

Perceptions and interpretations
While studying the leadership skills and the relevant theories related to it in the module
of MLS, initially I never knew the difference among the theoretical and the practical approach of
my learned modules and the theories. While respecting the context of the external environment
turning inward I realised the role of the stewardship which is actually the most important concept
towards the growth and the accomplishment of the tasks. According to the learning and the
theoretical approaches, the factor of the stewardship includes both the leadership and the
management skills together with the effective conduction, supervision for helping the team
members and the organization to achieve its targets or the goals (Radhakrishna, Anil and
Krishnadas 2015). I furthermore realised that effective stewardship requires the volunteer and the
staff leadership factors towards being proactive and consistent in case of the acknowledgement
of the opinion of the others.
Individual action-guiding principles
My role in the society in case of depth understanding in varied in nature. Apart from the
contribution for the organizational benefits, there lie several other commitments which I need to
address. My learning and gaining of the knowledge in the field of leadership and stewardship
will come in handy since this will help in effective management of my working patterns and my
