INTRODUCTION

process in the company. The organisation considered in this report is Nestle which is a Swiss

report consists of aims and objectives of the research. There is a qualitative research in this
project which has 10b respondents and the collection of data is done through questionnaire. At
last effective conclusions and recommendations are made for the company.

transportation, globalize production structure etc. Globalization effects the industry production
market, financial market, realization of exchange of goods and capital, competition in global
market like fate of workers, relationship between the government, cross culture, non-
government organization or public policies, justice movements. The Nestle company has decided
to conduct a research for investing their funds and achieving success in marketplace.
