Implication of globalization
The objective of globalization is to benefit the economy of a nation around the globe
by handling inequality (from large to small and power distance), dealing with unknown (from
strong to weak, uncertainty avoidance), dependence on others (from individualism to
collectivism), emotional gender roles (from masculinity to femininity), time perspective
(from long to short term orientation), dealing with natural drives (from indulgence to
restraint). Culture of organization in a country like India differs in many values and different
to manage sometimes as belong to anthropology. For this organization learned and belong to
sociology in India to grow their business (Hofstede, 2011).

Globalization has changed the cultural, environmental, economic, and political
