This report focuses on providing information about managing people and system. In this report a
company called Brand Way has been taken (Komarac and et.al 2017). This company deals in
clothing and accessories. The particular company is located in London and it’s headquarter is
also situated in London. Brand Way wants to expand their business in other cities of United
Kingdom and their form this company is looking for marketing manager so that they can make
proper Strategies for the promotion and marketing activities of this company.
Company structure
A structure of a company describes about different departments which contributes to attain the
objective and goals of the organisation. The structure of the company includes various
departments such as marketing finance operational human resources in IT Department. The Mini
structure also referred as the hierarchy in which CEO of the company remains on the highest
level apart from this there are various senior management works under the CEO. With the help
of proper structure of the company level of authority and responsibilities can be categorised in a
better form and each and every individual must know whom they need to report. Where is
functional organisation structure also remains which show the highest responsibility level from
top to down? So that each and every employee can focuses on their individual role and by having
proper function organisation specialisation can be encouraged within the organisation.
