1. Why do you want to work for us?
The Arcadia Group Ltd. (formerly Arcadia Group plc and Burton Group plc) is a British
organization that concentrates on the domain of multinational retailing. It is quite a
reputed company in the multinational retailing industry. It has been serving since 2002,
for approximately 27 years. Therefore, the company have become quite an established
organization that is improving day by day. The success rate of the company has
contributed to developing the retailing industry and have successfully satisfied its
clients, for nearly 20 years. This have worked as the reputation for the company as well.
Hence, my interest in joining the company came from the overreaching factors of the
company, like it successful manipulation in the international market and developing the
global market. Thus, for the evaluation of the mode of work conducted in the company, I
have researched the business reports and the annual production reports. I was
overwhelmed by the overreaching factors that the company. The company has been
setting the goals and not only reaching them but also exceeding the expected outcome.
This has influenced me in joining the company, as I would like to contribute to the
exceeding response of the company. I myself want to contribute to the success of the
company and make myself useful for the company, by using my strengths and skills.
2. Tell us about a time you worked in a group to achieve an objective (what did you do
and what was the outcome?)
I was interested in managing the outcomes of a company and also wanted to
consolidate an organization that would lead in its market as there has been a lot of
competitions in every market in the present. I always to be a part of an organization,
where I will be able to work according to my domain and deliver as much as possible.
Arcadia have just fit all my requirements and even exceeded my expectations when I
reviewed its annual reports and evaluated its output, the overwhelming performance
records took me aback. I understood immediately that my efforts would not go in vain if
I work in this company. The post of Administrative Assistant is a very serious position to
work on, and for Arcadia, it is more crucial. As I analyzed the reports of the company, I
found out that the company is in need of management of its administrative sectors. The
fast growing company needs to control its income and expenditure and also keep track
of its expansion. Thus, I will be able to convert the problematic situations of the
company into its strengths.

I worked previously in the several sectors, and the expertise that I gathered from
