departments of XYZ Firm that are – one from IT department, two of operational team, one from
sales team and two of Accounts section. Along with this, all are highly experienced in their respective
field, where I have given the responsibility first time to lead all members and contribute best efforts,
for successful development and implementation of given project. As it was my first group project as
a leader, so, I have firstly worked on grabbing knowledge of different leadership styles and theories,
so that better one can be applied on arise situation. With this assistance, I have adopted Laiseez
Faire style and Tuckman Theory of team development, to positively influence team members, to

feedbacks of loyal clients via social media and personal mail system. This would help in
analysing where the company lacks in and strategies by which it can overcome from the
same. Based on this strategic plan, our firm becomes able to revamp the agenda in
getting back the retention of loyal customers and improving sales performance, with

and led to low my confidence in developing interaction with others.

each other, but chances of active participation of all candidates, however, seems low.
