Managing people in organizations refers a systematic term which is made by the
organization or company to control their employees, staff, labours daily activities in the
organizational environment. People management generally comes under the human resource
management. Company's top-level management providing specific tasks to the employees and
also give them perfect direction to cover tasks for increase productivity of the company.
