1.0: Introduction and organisational profile
People, services and resources plays an important part in the success of any
organization. People are the customers who generates income for the organization, services is
the product which is provided by the company to their customers. It should be equipped with
highest quality so to satisfy unmet needs of customers. Aim of company is to attain maximum
utilisation of resources so to maximise their productivity and profitability. For this report,
people healthcare services is taken for consideration which provides services to disable
person includes men and women. Company has more than 50 care centres and headquarters
in London, United Kingdom. Partnership and their types is discussed in this report with their
structure and culture. Company's aim, objectives and their outcomes are explained. Swot
analysis would be done on the company so that they can access their strengths and weakness.
Gantt chart is made so that whole project will be divided into smaller parts according to their
priorities assigned to them.
Background and Overview of Organisation
People healthcare services was founded in 1996 with the aim of demolishing
disability and factors due to which it causes. They have more than 2000 employees including
doctors, nurses, staff etc which assist patients to live their life with peace and harmony. They
have headquarter in London, UK and has more than 50 care centres all over UK. Their main
focus is to provide health care services in every corner of UK and to make them disable free
country. Management have opted different types of marketing strategies so that they can
create their brand equity and attract customers from every corner of UK (Walshe, 2010).
2.0 Organisational Structure
The authorised structure of a company is the method of contact or the type of
connection of different natural parts within an association of companies, the ultimate
objective being to compose in a viable and reasonable way the members of the association
and to cooperate to achieve common goals. It is a type of business in which two or more than
two individual has invested some amount of money in the business. Resources, profit, loss etc
is share by all the partners according to their shares in the company. People health care
services is in general partnership. Few points which should be in consideration while making

company to attain their missions and vision. In other words, it is a structure through which
company is made up of and how the information will flow in the organization. People

motivations. Attention, respect, interest shown are important to employees under this theory.

unauthorized person. Also, there are many times when patients fall ill due to use of expired

service care. This is an highly unethical activity that are taking place in the hospitals.
5.2 Ethical standards used by company to prevent such issues
There are various kinds of ethical standards that can be used in order to reduce the
impact of ethical issues like Patients information should not be disclosed with the
unauthorized person so as to keep their valuable information private. Also, Proper equipment
should be use and provide by the staff so that no disease would be scatter in the environment
which might affect other health in a negative way. Equipments should be change regularly so
to avoid any chances of diseases. Company should sign a document with patients for their
organs or body as who will be the responsible person after they die in the services. This
document should be handed to government so that no mischiefs would be done by company
(Goodwin, 2013).

doing as it is the way through which company earns their profit. Balance sheet, Profit and
loss accounts etc should be monitoring and kept up to date by company as it assist company

market. Company should make their future strategies and plan according to the financial

From the above report it can be concluded that healthcare services needs to asses the
market through market research before launching their products and service. There are

by the management as company can not run without funds. Proper strategies and plan should
be made according to the financial status of company then only they will succeed in the
