Managing people is important part in every kind of organisation. Administration require
to possess adequate capability through utilisation of their resources and effective manner. They

of this firm is to create smaller scale manufacturing plants and their mission is to offer transport
which don't emit harmful gases and is environment friendly. The owner of enterprise possesses
knowledge in motor sport, so this benefits them to design efficient cars for Formula 3 and 4.
Several elements are considered while designing cars which include hydrogen fuel cell power
sources, lightweight carbon fibre composite material, open source development and design
(Bolman and Deal, 2017). One of them is hydrogen-powered fuel cell electric vehicles provided
to people. Thereafter, to enhance profit, firm expanded business in green vehicles. Company also
set up separate centres to serve customers and provide them adequate services. Superior care is

sales and marketing strategies (Bush and Middlewood, 2013). They are recently working on
developing hydrogen and fuel cell technology. They make sustainable and affordable cars which
is economic for customers to buy such cars. By above brief, it is clear that, the company has
stable and growing market position in this type of sector. This organisation expend their market
structure by joined Hydrogen hub in Swindon to improve economical values to the local
hydrogen economy. For this project approx. 30 organisation are working together to develop this
project to deploy hydrogen and fuel cell advance technology. After some time founder of
Riversimple Hugo Spowers attend a seminar and lecture for engineers and technological
development to attaining higher benefits easily. After some time this organisation was working
on a advance technology through their efficient engineer to show NEC values and then go to
adopt fuel cells and hydrogen joint easily in new invention.

Recent trends are those which affects this sector basically for which produce ecofriendly
cars by using different resources. Riversimple is the one that is manufacturing cars on this
concept. Other such company are Morgan, Renault, Hyundai which are also working on
