the whole conference project will be asked for their closure reports. The Closure reports needs to
be submitted by all members of the team. Thus, they will be send reminder through Slack and

closure reports. Being a project manager and administrator I will be storing them and reviewing
them for getting out the exact outcomes and results from the information provided.
