conflicts. So to ensure the proper implementation of the project management it
is necessary to match the goals and objectives. Apart from that, if there is any
conflict among the members then it can be settled by the methods of
negotiation that can be in form of collaborative negotiation, adversarial
negotiation. This issue in the English channel also causes the disagreement
among the members as well as it can be treated as violence(Peña-Mora and
Tamaki, 2001).

number of damages in a proper way. If later on, if the party denied for any
conditions then the other party has right to claim against the damages. The
other technique can be used by the parties is arbitration in which they can solve
the dispute in a quick manner(Kerzner, 2013).

recommended a solution to settle that problem. It is on the discretion of the
stakeholders that which method they adopt to settle the issues in respect of
