study named as “Pandemic centre” that is constructed in dockland, London. There are Dockland
communication limited is performed their work in respect of testing, installation and executing
the functions related to it and infrastructure in respect of “The Pandemic centre”. There are
various tasks that are connected to installing IT services related to project and for conference
centre (Artto, Ahola and Vartiainen, 2016).

Project administration is important for evaluation initiation as well as examination of task
related to project. There are various attribute related to project administration that is given
below:
 It is determined as a aspect which is used for increasing involvement in project that help
in monitoring and controlling activities related to project during particular phase of time
period. There are various needs which are necessary to deliver in particular period of time
that help in smooth functioning of project.
 It is depend upon rationale which is adopted for handling overall project life cycle which
is presented in more appropriate way.
 The activity related to project must be completed in a timely manner and as per available
budge.
 The rationale related to overall management of project is depending upon handling
