This case study provides the analyses of Mr. Grech and their wife instance when they
were at the hospital. Mr. Grech wife has undergone with minor operation and was also diagnosed
with the dementia. Dementia is a neuropsychiatric province which consequence into the failure
of psychological operation in the body. It is the condition which lead to deprivation of reasoning
or the thinking prospective, holding power of the body and the wise decision making. Initial sign
of dementia in patient is alteration in their mood and week conversation efficiency. But during
patient allowance hours, they have seen lack of management in the hospital. This project reports
provide the recommendation plan of action for the quality management and the review on the
SWOT or PSDA analysis while providing the improves actions. Additionally, this reports
provide the symbolise on the advantage of quality management and also the adulteration need to
be regularize by the administration. It also furnish the role of different local authority in
modulating the service (Singh and et. al., 2020).

Being the quality in-charge of the organisation, it is my duty to modulate whether the
services provided and the program running in the organisation for the benefit of the patients are
in reality benefiting them or not. It is my duty to assess the highest quality of care to its potential
customers as it will improve the recovery rate in patient health which will import the affirmative
impact to the organization growth and the brand value. As a foremost official, it is my duty to
modify the policy and operation in the organisation for the favour of the its patient and the
employs.
Significantly, I will guide the health care provider to show respect to the patient and their
family members as it will influence the patient experience during the admit hours which will
provoke patient to share the perturbation they are facing. Nurse should focus in providing the
family-centered approach while providing care as it will alleviate the patient compliance. While
providing the primary care to the patients it is necessary for them to analyse their past history
and value their opinions or the topmost level which supports in providing proper care plan
according to the patient needs. Since, Mr. Grech wife is the dementia patients, I will ensure that
the emotional and mental care is provided to the patient so as to modify back their cognitive and
