Professional development plan helped me to identify weakness in all this skills and also provide
strategies that can be helpful for me to overcome from the problems and I I was able to achieve
success in improving these three major areas. it will help me to achieve higher goals in My life
and I will able to develop my career as a professional.
Assertiveness
Assertiveness is the skills regularly effort to the social and communication skills training
and being assertive means being able to stand up for own rights an others rights income and
positive way, without being either aggressive or passively accepting wrong. as per the result I

On the result of stress management I get scored around 109 which means i can handle
this I can handle this stress During the work effectively and mainly during personal situation and
other work related situation, it affect on my health and And I’m always chill during my work.
during this era situation in my personal life or the work life I always work calmly and try to
overcome from the situation without taking any stress. This skill I have developed through the
personal development plan and it will help me to develop my career as a professional.

I’m always discipline during my work and this ability helped me to get great
opportunities in my life. for the career development discipline is necessary for the person
