INTRODUCTION
Career development is the most required task in the life that an individual needs to apply
and managing effectiveness in with in the development growth. Within the organisation manager
needs to develop the new managing effective development that affect the long lasting growth to
the best possible manner. While managers may recognize this transition and managing effective
growth. To help people make this challenge passage successfully that effectively developing
within the business growth. Present study will be based on self managing and others in which

self, I need to develop my own skill audit to identify my own strength and weaknesses results.

keep themselves on the career track mainly ambitious manager and entrepreneurs. The personal
skill audit depends on the area of business which individual working for. For making personal
skill audit, I need to evaluate my own attributes and skills required for a better and bright career.
In order to perform and achieve my long term objective or target. To get my future goals, I need
to perform or achieved by skills and knowledge accordingly. According to them, in order to
perform or making personal development plan. I need to determine my SWOT analysis to
identify or measuring strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threat.
Personal skill audit helps to manage my work stress, encourage positive thinking,
assertiveness to produce my own career development plans (Schmeichel and Vohs, 2018). It

weaknesses are define lankiness in between the person. As per my own review there are
certain things which I avoid because it don't feel me confident in that. Such as time management.
I have low skills to manage my work on time which leads to ineffective management approach.
It was difficult to maintain the work life balance and maintain my physical fitness
standard of living during my work. Through which I have lost some of my work pending.
I need to develop my this weaknesses and make more time planning a task thoroughly
before briefing my subordinates. In order to build my confidence in command. I need to more
experience of team management in different sceneries. In order to build up the new learning
goals. I also need to focus on my stress level due to which I can might be facing some challenges
in my further development process. On the basis of my personal evaluation. Level of stress can
create negative thoughts in my mind that affect my decision making skills and growth. On the
basis of my personal audit, I also found out my another weakness which is lack of assertiveness.
Due to which I can not think positive and realistic. I also need to learn or develop my this
weakness in order to get my final objectives and personal goals.

I have opportunity to make different aspects of development to make the long duration of
