regarded to be customers, suppliers, management, employees and community.
Suppliers would be affected as the entity would have to approach new vendors
for carrying out production activities within the confines of new nation. In this relation,
the entity would ensure that they select vendors who provide them with equipments,
ingredients and other raw materials at reasonable rates. The next stakeholder group
that would be largely affected by the expansion decision would be customers. This is
so because the entity would be targeting new audience as a result of which its base of
customers would automatically get enhanced.
