It can be concluded from the report that CSR activity is essential for the PSL to gain the
market share and to attract large number of customers. but these can be gained only when CSR
methods are applied effectively. Also, it is very important to select the right the most effective
method so that it indirectly gives good benefits to our society. Following are some methods
which can be adopted that gives benefit to the society.
Donation in the charitable institution is one of the most popular method. Many charitable
institution needs funds therefore organizations on their part can donate funds ultimately for their
welfare purpose (De Roeck and Delobbe, 2012). As PSL has no need to decide or organize
things, all they need is to only provide funds (Karaibrahimoglu,2010), therefore this method is
considered as the most easiest method. At the starting stage only this activity will be very much
helpful for an organization.
On the contrary, PSL can easily and effectively bring the rules and regulations for safety
and protection of the environment. Such initiative will definitely retain the customers of the
organization. And in turn will benefit the organization and customers as well.
