INTRODUCTION
It is very necessary that company needs to adopt the new changes and growth according
to the needs and wants of the market and consumers. Many of the big organization has adopted
the advance technology and growth in order to meet the needs of organization needs and wants.
Present study has been based on the impact of digital technology supporting small business and
innovation. It also presents and innovate new ideas and growth for the small scale business.
Besides, it also represents the importance of innovation in transforming the business growth and
new possibilities as well. For overall study Talent Plus is the company that will be take under
consider. It is the small scale business for recruitment and selection. For that, they adopt
technologies for selection of productive employees such they conduct interviews as Talent
Online. That shows effectiveness of digital technology.

Research topic: “The Impact of digital technology supporting small business growth and
innovation”.
Background of the Study: Digital technology has opened different opportunity and plethora of
avenues for small businesses or Entrepreneurs. For easily reaching to its customers to create its
wide scope and profit possibilities (Brunswicker and Vanhaverbeke, 2015). Innovation fills the
gap between technology and increasing business objectives. Technologies have now more
powerful and well advised in human life, they provide ample of different varieties or flexibility
in daily life. What is more important for the company is that to focus on the new trends and
develop proper business models to achieve scalability in their business for new developing that
helps to sustainable business. Overall, it brings new creativity and thought it also brings new
opportunity and growth for defining better opportunity and growth process. Small business
persons required to use of technology for their innovation and for their stability. Technology
provides them new ideas of product and services. It also makes the new opportunity for
businesses. Present study all based on impact of Digital technology for some specific needs and
goals. It provides some better objectives and growth session. Project seeking a whole number
edge transmute processes, models and transforming activities (Di Fatta, Patton and Viglia, 2018).
That represent the overall impact of digital technology has been identified. It gives new changes
and transformation innovation in business activity. That helps to represent the importance of new

proper execution planning. It involves better opportunity and growth in order to meet the needs

the overall, expense of the company that should need to be low. Effective planning helps to

Interpretation: On the basis of this analysis it has been seen that, many of the employees are
worked in the organization in less than a year. Out off 15 employees 8 employees are those who
works in less than a year. Apart from them, 3 employees has experience of 1 or 2 years. They are
more senior than others. Senior gives better growth and opportunity for others to get good
knowledge and strength. Moreover, only 4 employees are getting just their 1 year of completing
the task. It makes company stability and growth in order to get the best productive work and

researcher asked employees that weather company productively adopt technology or not. Then
out of 15 employees, 11 suggested that yes company is found of digital technology and used
