immense pressure on each and every company to survive and manage the changes, and
develop relevant strategies accordingly. In order to survive and remain in the market today, it
becomes a must for a company to be aware of the various technological changes and
disruptions taking place in and around them. Recent times have witnessed that due to the
changes and alterations in the various technological tools and implications, the businesses
and organizations have undergone a huge change in their operations. The technological
advancements today have helped companies through various ways such as the ease with
which they operate and also effectively reaching out to their target consumers. Coming to
this project, Cornish Brothers is a small scale business setup which is aiming to utilize
various digital technologies in order to develop and improve their performances. This project
shall highlight the specific and distinguishable aspects which might be enhanced with the aid
of various digital technologies. The changes undergone by companies due to technological
modifications shall be highlighted in this project using the company Cornish Brothers.

In today’s economy of rapid modernization, many situations and conditions can be the
reason for the development of a business. Digital technology has had the traits of incepting
innovation, when it comes to services. However, due to lack of relevant resources and gap in
knowledge, it becomes a tough task for Cornish Brothers to meet up consumer expectations
and in turn, consumer demands. Digital technology can be effectively used for the
betterment and development of a business organization. Digital technology has brought in a
revolution to the business scenario in the local, national as well as global basis. Although,
due to factors such as accuracy, costs, scope of efficiency and others, it is becoming a tough
task for companies to keep up and maintain their performance.

The strategy of the project has been mentioned below:
Employing primary and secondary research methods
Information related to the research shall be available in the means of newspapers, articles
available online and journals
