The project assignment is all about managing successful business project is the simple
term which explain management of particular project and activity of an organisation to achieve
the goal and objectives by fixing the basic standard to the project (Achtenhagen, Melin and
Naldi, 2013). Also, managing the business project the company should considered various
relevant facts and images that estimate cost of total project by proper use of data and
information.
In this assignment, I will reference regarding to a company called Margot Bakery which
is a small organisation, a local bakery making delicious bread and beautiful cakes on site from
scratch for the neighbours. The fact that I choose Hilton Hotel is the willing of their work which
is giving me more motivation in my work too and in my life according with managing business
project. The potential in this company is very high as they have good reviews, products, quality,
warm stuff, putting their hart in what are they doing. Most of the production are organic
especially the eggs and the flour they are using to make the cakes and the bread.
The customers are truly happy with their products and they are trying very hard to
satisfied them in the best way they can. A manager or team leader has to draw breakdown
structure and Gantt chart to avoid mistakes and errors. In the context of this the manager needs to
make certain recommendation. However, in the final hand, without the steps that can guide,
projects should be able to sell outcomes. As for getting in the business planned scheme for sure
this goal won’t be possible.
TASK 1
P1. Devise aims and objectives for a chosen scenario.
Being a management consultant in a small size organisation is very important to process
very well the scheme and problems of our project plan. All external and internal factors are to be
taken into consideration to achieve the organisation motive by fulfilling the individual goals and
group goal as a whole (Cohen, 2010). As the small size projects is based on low budget because
of less funding or capital given to their projects although they require various indispensable
things to manage the project to get our objectives and achieve the aims. There is various target
of a project that require so many things at one time:

Research methods can be used to take effective and attractive action from using data and
information to attain healthy outcome by achieving their objectives.
Challenges and risk should be come across the project planning that has to be properly
manage and evaluated.
Goal oriented strategies should be adopted by the manager to get best possible result.

and maximise the productivity of the Hilton Hotel.
Having all the resources, especially if we have the effective and efficient manners of
allotting right persons for proper exercise in the project will provide all the goods that
we need (Crane and Matten, 2016).

Aims: “To implement CSR activity in an organisation in order to attain sustainable objectives”.

To determine the CSR plan in attaining upcoming sustainable objectives.
To identify positive relationship among CSR in order to gain competitive advantage for
the company.
To measure positive implication related with CSR on business performance.
To evaluate different method for attaining better growth and future sustainability.
P2. Project management plan
As the manager has to plan effective management that includes various factors by
implement a project plan to achieve their goals and set targets by using all information’s that is
based on a good estimation of cost. All the factors in this project are scope, cost, time, quality,
risk, communication and resources. Manager having the own roles and responsibilities under the
project. Project management is about internal and external factors, implementing and planning
the scheme of the project.
As per the desire management plan these things must be considering while preparing plan for
a project or a small size business organisation:
Cost: For any project cost play a dominant role in planning because as we know capital is
a very important for any business. Most of the objectives and tasks are mostly depending

before planning any project.

This will help them to attain predetermined time duration and objectives at the same point
of the time.
Quality: As from my point of view quality means everything because people are looking
for the best products, quality and it helps in identify the product of the project, it’s the
sigma of the organisation to know the quality planning, staffing, control, coordinating for
desire result. It is the role and duty of business manager to make better quality of their
activities that will be provide maximum benefits to them. Manager need to conduct
effective market research to examine preferences of audience, market trends, planning
and policies of competitors etc (Crawford and Nahmias, 2010).
Time: The most important for any project is to complete it on time without making any
delay for future, it help to bring best result to Hilton Hotel. In the mentioned company
critical path method is needed to be taken into account. This will be providing specific
timeframe that a project is taken to get completed.

department. The project manager all interact with every person about their work
performance and management (Hertog, Jong, 2010). Through proper focus given on
generating more reliable outcomes it is vital for the company to always implement CSR
activity by communicating with media, internet and many other resources.
Resources: Proper allocation of resources should be organised by the manager to attain
the objectives. They are valuable for the Hilton Hotel growth and help in increasing
productivity also.
P3. The Breakdown structure and Gantt chart
The breakdown structure: It is the project management system as an activity of the task
is divided into small units. It will help to easy the work load of every project manager and the
employees. They feel motivated in calculating the cost and maximising the productivity of the
company. The most important things of the breakdown structure are to organise the team
members to work into directed section or units (Hull and et. al., 2011). Also, it helps to guide the
stuff in a better way and providing a great structure in Gantt Chart. It consists of various data,
product and services which are related to the cost estimation of our projects. As per the demand
of project terms and condition work breakdown structure is being deigned to achieve the
objectives of the Hilton Hotel.

As the project is comprising of various plan and activities for the manager they need to
have a proper monitoring system which will help to control the project. Each project must have a
good value estimation of costs showing the goals and objectives as is requested in the project.
According to Kindström, 2010 every project management process must analyse various
process and procedure in completing the requirement of project to overcome the mistakes, apart
from this various related research method can be used to collect exact and accurate information
for making useful decision regarding the project.

to get first time feedback from the responded. From the collected information primary source, we
have already seen that most of the people are in the favour of following the CSR activity has to
be taken as important part of the Hilton Hotel as small scale unit. From this try to provide
accurate and reliable data and information so that company would be able to take decision on
that basis (Mathur, Mathur and Kenyon, 2012).

On the basis of above research done on small scale business project we have decided to
complete the research by proper findings and suggestion regarding the project activity for the
business that whether they are doing any kind of CSR activity. If they provide positive response,
then it will help to generate maximum output as profit that should be utilised in development of
the society. As we know in some cases, data is like a calculating form and that is to control and
to check the products that have been discussed as a decision of the business in the future for the
growth or not of the project.
Here we can find various tools and techniques which are available in our knowledge:
Regression Analysis: It is made as a way of saying the relationship between one or more
variety of analysis. Under this independent variable are bring desire outcome for the
company.
Trend Analysis: It is said to be technical methods that identify the position of the
inventory in the future and fast growth potential (Matos and Silvestre, 2013).
Research philosophy: Under this, it is essential for Hilton Hotel to make appropriate
decision in order to present the research more reliable.
Data collection: In this particular research work they need to use various data collection
sources which can help in examine the performance Hilton Hotel during the time. Mainly two
sources are best accountable such as primary and secondary. But primary sources are more
reliable as they are fresh and free from any biases.

The most researching is made with taking proper use bye techniques and tools required
by the analysis. This various suggestion had been made. For the good of the company’s project
plan, we must implement productive strategies and objectives concerning with adopting and plan
to do the tasks and roles. In most cases is very critical for a team of the business to grow what
they already have for the CSR to adopt the most programs for protecting the precise of our
customers. The most predictable ways and decisions of the small-scale business projects is that
the team project needs to implement a better way for critical situations of customers by planning
good ways and better doors for the world (Pekuri and et. al., 2014).
There are following recommendation has been find out from the above research
analysis:
The company should create vision for the company by changing its policies according to
the objectives set by the company.
Another important suggestion that motive of the company is to generate more
employment opportunists for the capable people.
The target of the company is to maximise the profit by achieve proper utilisation of the
resources and the manpower.
The available data must be flexible because it should be easily understandable to each
and every employee of project.
Some of suggestions could be for using some of the knowledge by putting and controlling
new methods (qualitative and quantitative) no wasting any more (Shattock, 2010).
The ideas of the persons and expert could be interpreted in the plan because they can
exactly that the planning could be switched in the business for better productivity and
forecasting.
It is vital to make use of CSR related activities such as charity and donations. This would
help in welfare of the society as well as increase in goodwill of an organisation.
Taking the help from the tools and techniques used in the research we have come to know

P7: Reflect crucial value for undertaking research to accomplished aims
Most of businesses projects get success because they know their values and norms which
are forced them to work in a team. It will come from regular learning from the experience person
and taking help from the sub ordinates, because all the us are working as team or group in the
organisation that will help us to get motivated in our field. By using the proper research method,
we can shape up our business performance by applying our skills and knowledge’s. The
researcher has made certain research on the basis of asking questionnaire from various responded
to know the response regarding the CSR activity which are performed by the company in their
project are beneficial for them or not.
A project business needs and should have a good state performance for changing if it will
be asked to control different problems, learning how to resolve them with calm as we need to use
our business values, as we need to meet the criteria objectives and fulfil the requirement for our
project with positivity and the help of our social information’s statistics. Every unit of our
business must provide concerned problems by solving them and must promote different ideas
with the business goals and achievements to approve effective polices providing the quantitative
and qualitative of the business production.
As for increasing the productivity: The small objectives of the knowledge is depending
on our profit and for the company it is generated from increasing to the productivity of
our organisation.
Customer satisfaction: The objectives of every business is get better quality of services
as by retaining the employees in the project for long period of time.
Core values: All the employees and the manager should work as a team unit so that core
values of every one should be achieved equally (The Work Breakdown Structure,2015).
The business needs to create their own possibility value by implementing different
activates which are in the management scheme plan. All this should have the fallowing: monitor,
plan, organise, control, perform and direct the employees in the knowledge of project. A better
way to keep the research in the better hands is to have good planed objectives, a few ideas about

workplace. It is essential for Hilton hotel to make use of CSR activity in more positive and
ethical manner.
CONCLUSION
This assignment project concludes that for managing our successful business project of
small and medium size business various planning and research has to be done that will help to
increase the profitability of the company. The ideas, problems and resolving them are proper
given examples for our company and have been explained in details and the most researching
knowledge is to keep the business with an eye open and to control the aims and objectives given
for this business project. As it does have the management plan of the requested project plan and
it has been explain and given example about resources, time, date, purpose, scope, and most
important thing given a better understanding of the objectives for this project.
