Four season hotel have to work effectively by applying right approach on right time. There are
various number of methods are identified which are helpful in providing benefit to society:
One of a best method to work on corporate social responsibility is about donation.
Management have to donate some share of profit to charitable trust who lead to work in
welfare of society and all such backward groups of society (Ries, 2011).
Four season hotel have to conduct events in which they can provide information to
conserve and protect the environment. This is helpful for them because by consulting this
method company can use all of their resources in an effective manner.
Work on child labour by providing education to all such children who are not capable to
go to school for further studies. This is another major work in favour of society.
P7 Reflective report
As by the above mention report I came to know that CSR is an effective approach for
every organisation and society. For a company it leads to create a brand image and for the
society it leads to work on their problems which are arise due to some unforeseen calamities.
Beside from gaining the knowledge from various concepts, I also come to know how to gather
data through various sources. This increase and improvise my working pattern and my analytical
skill for drawing a valid result. Another major skill which get learn through this project is my
ability to research and manage the time which is going to indulge in project. Moreover, my
learning skill and data analysis skill also in built into me through which I can analyse data from
various number of sources. For me, this is a development project for making and working in an
appropriate manner and become able to bear whole stress and pressure which is related with
project (Rosenau and Githens, 2011).
CONCLUSION
For any successful business project, there are various number of tools and techniques are
identified. Corporate social responsibility is a project which every firm have to implement and
for this several number of aims and objectives have to get determine. A perfect plan is must for
every project so that whole work get done in an appropriate manner. Moreover, by using various
tools and techniques data get collected and analyse for making the research outcome effective.
As, there are various number of recommendation are provided for all such areas which have to
get improved.
