INTRODUCTION
Developing skill is the important aspects for the overall personal and professional development.
To build the team building skill is significant and difficult task in order to work in the cohesive
group where all the member tends to feels invested in the direction and accomplishment of team
(Cunliffe and Easterby-Smith, 2017). This in this report there will be clear level of building of
reflection to draw the recent and relevant level of experiences of working within a team to reach
a common goal at workplace. The report will be discussion on the bases Gibbs cycle model of
reflection along with application of business theory.
Gibbs reflection cycle
Writing reflection have been the comparable in order to make there relieving already lives
experiences with the manner of the objectivity of learning from the different past manners in
order to have enhancing the future performances. The reflection will closely make the
representations with application of Gibbs model divided in the 6 stages as follows description,
feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan. This as follows the reflection for

In order to have the begin the course of the Managing Organization and People, as the team
have the formed with the help of the structured processing’s. The professor has them encourage
to break the ices among the team members in order to make the performing teams building
activities more exciting an enthusiastic. Soo after the team member shave the brief the case
study on way to have the proper level of understanding term of managing the people in chosen
firm along with accomplishing the job of proceeding the presentation of the case in effective
manner (Serrat, 2017). We were 5 members in teams belonging to same country but different
native languages which have added diversity to the team. In addition to that’s we share the
common languages which make communications for accomplishing the goals and objective. We
have the proper division of task along with no concrete discussion for aligning the overall
scheme network.
Feelings
In the part of the team members, I was feeling the level of confidents to have the teams which is
friendly and descendants to the accomplishment of task. Although there are few level of threats
which are continuously worrying me to have the concerns which have aroused by the first

meeting of the team. There is the concern on the same topics such as the communication, trust,
fear of conflict, leadership. In addition, the subsequent worries tend to be true as the member
were preferring their first languages which to have misconnection aiming team members. As the
less knowledge of the common languages there is less level of discussions which leads to have
failure in the proper agreements. I addition to the bright side have the rem of accountability,
commitment, result oriented approach our team seemed standing strong.
Evaluation
As per the evaluating the current situation, I was feeling the quite uncomfortable in order to take
the significant thigs by masking the implications in order to have the indulging everyone into
tasks and make them more level of participations. As to east the situation, the task divided have
to be stick in the chosen’s in order arrive ats the better collective suit (Ford, Piccolo and Ford,
2017). This situation was challenging in order to avoid the disagreements along with developing
the individual’s skills. The situation is very challenging as the best possible way to make the
avoiding the disagreements as there team with better individuals skills which out to be performed
by the teams as more synergy which is implied in the level of team productivity have not going
to the optimum late. It has been optioning more level to be claims as there any group can make
the transformations into the high performing team.
Analysis
As the part of evaluations, the team have failed to positions the team activities in the higher
importance ranking. As I have the developed the ideas for building up the strategy which will
helps in developing the good bonding in perfect manner (Foster, 2016). As previously have the
analyse that the team is diverse but later on diverse level of professional experience come up
with openness to suggestions, creative thinking did prosper in our team and after divisions of
task and developed trust, team members were very cooperative and communicated in English
only. As the fiver characterise which are acted above as the threat to team have been overcome
by competing with heathy conflict.
Conclusion
As the part of conclusions, the team building activities have the achievement of greater level of
bonding which helps in the shaping the sensible handling of conflicts into cognitive thinking
aspects (Woodcock, 2017). Very member of the team work with dedications and commitments
but have failed to understand the importance of synergy and collective effort to accomplish the

task with distinction aspects. The team have successfully achieved required the coordination’s ,
trust and communication but the team have given up too late in order to make the reaping of the
benefits so the time management is the another aspects we have actually missed.
Action Plan
The experience of the team is the assets which will formally helps me in the gearing the future
grip and being the parts of business student can be certainly me over again in developing of
professional care (Tetley and et.al., 2016). I have actually gained the experience of working in
their team conflict an analysing the various situation which is essentials for the success. I think I
am mature enough to handle the team conflict as handling the right quality of leader. In addition,
with quality of the shading conflict in right future positive direction for achieving the synergy
aspects which is most deserved leant for team performance. Therefore, I will never shy away
from such situation rather I will take first move to make team talk about it.
