Personality Quiz:
The results (extraversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness, openness to experience and
emotional stability) which are attained are identical to my personality. I am shy person who
indicates that I am not that much social and feels to stay out of this up to greater extent. This
implies that I am introvert. I like to spend time alone as this phase (college life) is a time where I
have to decide what do after completion of my studies, therefore it is essential for me to analyse
my capabilities and understand my future goals according to that. Being cooperative and
compassionate towards others signify that I am concerned about social harmony which
comprises of generous, helpful and friendly nature. Furthermore, it is a optimistic view of human
nature and I am very decent, trustworthy as well decent. Conscientiousness implies aim for
achievement, acting dutifully and self-disciplined. I believe in planned behavior or preferences
rather than going for anything spontaneous behavior. Emotional stability is high which means
that I rarely get upset by prevailing situations, I have my own though process and according to

that I react. I am open to experience it is a general appreciation for adventures, imagination,
curiosity and variety of experience.
Communication Style:
Communication is one of the most crucial which is required for succeeding within
workplace. For being an expert communicator it is necessary that this (communication) process
is effective. There needs to comfortable channel through which this process takes place, it can be
written, online or any other. After having a communication quiz and analyzing the results the
score obtained was 71. It indicates that my communication skills are excellent. I am able to
communicate with people when I am sender of message as well as when message is received by
me. I can anticipate the problems and by choosing appropriate medium or channel I use to
communicate with a team members. While working with a team it becomes necessary to know
each other and skills they have so that I can assign them their tasks as per their capabilities.
Furthermore, if any kind of problem arises that communication is the only way by which solution
to a specific problem can be found. I have good communication skills through which I can keep
my point in front of other team members, make them understand what I want to say and have
their point of view related with this.
Team roles:
Basically, there are nine team roles, they are: expert, team player, completer, chairperson,
driver, analyst, innovator, explorer and executive. Each team role has their own specific purpose
within a team. By carrying out team role test I have found that the role which is preferable to me
is of executive or organizer. I am well disciplined and eager to accomplish job done within
stipulated time duration or even before that if it is practically possible. I am systematic and
visualize the practical impact of things rather than creating hypothesis and taking a longer time
to reach into a conclusion. I am efficient, diligent as well as well organized. Through this I can
turn plans into actions by analyzing their feasibility and outputs which can be gained by
completing particular project. I believe in myself and this brings confidence in me that things are
possible. For this I analyse each and every aspect associated with the project, formulate the team
according to that, this will assist me to have a effectual team and by giving mine as well as

Leadership Skills:
It can be defined as a characteristic which is possessed by a leader to lead their followers
or subordinates. As per the results obtained by leadership test, I can be a participative or
democratic leader. I am the one who can take input from people surrounding me while making
some decisions. This will assist me to take a decision and solve the problems but it will depend
on me whether to go with followers or to have my own decision. I believe that this type of
leadership style will create a affirmative impact on people and I will be also open to have their
ideas and look after it. If anything is found interesting, then it can be implemented.
Conflict Resolution:
It is the essential part while working within a organization but this should not turn to an
argument as it can lead to unpredictable situation. I think that sometimes it is necessary that
conflicts should arise as people can voice out their opinions which may results into conflict. It
will develop knowledge among people who are at that place with respect to topic on which
conflict has been raised as they will give their own ideas associated with accomplishment of task.
By giving the conflict resolution test, I found that my style for resolving conflicts was team up
which indicates that point of view of both persons who are involved in conflict is taken into
consideration. I think this is the best method to solve the problem. Teaming up is the style which
is to be adopted by me as per the results obtained by quiz.

Personality type and ways in which it impacts on leadership success:
As per the results which were obtained by personality quiz, my personality type or traits
are extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability and openness to
experiences. I am an introvert who likes to remain within their own shell (Quick Personality Test.
2019). This have somewhat negative impact on success of leadership as it is necessary to have a
social involvement but I am shy, quiet and less involved with outside world. But sometimes it
acts as a strong point as I can keep abilities and essential details associated with a team within
Jobheron to myself which will provide me with advantage as others will not be able analyse what
they are going through. I am cooperative in nature which is crucial while leading a team. It is
necessary to take into consideration view points of others as it may lead to intensified success. I
am emotionally stable which indicates that I am calm and emotionally stable. I don’t overreact
when situations are in favor or are against team. This leads to have better results. I am
imaginative, curious, adventurous and down to earth which assist me to understand team and
have creative approach to accomplish projects. This obviously leads to success of projects as
openness allows a person to acquire different aspects and viewpoints from people related with
specific task.
Interpersonal Communication Styles and outcomes what interpersonal dynamics exists:
There are mainly two ways or styles of carrying out communication; they can be written
or verbal. Within written emails, messages or websites are used for communicating anything
specific but in case of verbal communication face to face interactions occur, surveys or video

Coordinator within a team within Jobheron I think that the communication skills are one of the
most essential capabilities. As through my experience I have analysed that this the only way
through which problems can be shared within a team, views related with accomplishment of
project can be shared and still ten if any problem occurs then this is the foremost solution. I have
excellent communication skills due to which I can share my views and can easily talk with
others. This assist me again knowledge about different aspects of project or anything else. I
always ensure that before speaking anything I analyse what I want to say and is it necessary at
specific moment of time. I also acknowledge that is it needed and also try to predict the reaction

of others from message. This creates an affirmative impact on interpersonal dynamics. This
means that communication is the only medium by which different issues or views can be shared
with other.
Motivation/Goal setting process and what motivates team members with respect to intrinsic and
extrinsic goals & rewards:
Being coordinator within Jobheron, it is my responsibility that fair treatment should be
given to people who are working under me. This will develop a sense of being valued within
team and they will put their best efforts to accomplish the given tasks (Your team roles, 2019).
Employees can be motivated by different means they can be either intrinsic or extrinsic. But I
feel that extrinsic method will be appropriate and the reason behind this is that once the basic
needs of individual is accomplished then it will become difficult for management to further
analyse what they need next. This is the intrinsic motivation. In case of extrinsic motivation,
people work to earn reward on the basis of their performance. Being a coordinator, it is necessary
for me that with new techniques the team members must also be updated with respect to
knowledge possessed by them. Extrinsic rewards assist employees to attain new knowledge and
skills so that they ;can be saved from punishments and can attain rewards.
Leadership style and their appropriateness:
It is not easy to be leader as a team may be comprised of various people who have
different views on different aspects (What’s Your Leadership Style, 2019). While working
within Jobheron as a coordinator, I need to make sure that creativity is encouraged by rewarding
them which will provide them motivation. By making use of democratic style, I can give
subordinates or team members an opportunity to give their decisions and have the best one from
the entire ideas. But final decisions will be dependent on me as I have to analyse the practicality
and feasibility of that idea. By this I will be able to encourage them, generate a sense of being
valued in them and inspire them. This will have relevant impact on my performance as by giving
importance to people they can share their views on any specific topic; this will enhance my
knowledge with respect to that specific domain.

PERSONAL STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES
It is a crucial practice for an individual to effectively measure their competence in relation to the
specific job advertisements which allow them to analyse themselves against the set requirements and
appropriately reflect upon their specific strengths and weaknesses as per the skills required for the job.
Following is the personal analysis of the strengths and weaknesses as per both the job
advertisements described above:
Strengths Communication Skills: One of the most effective skill which is perhaps one of my biggest
strength is communication skill. This is because, I tend to effectively communicate using verbal
as well as written communication. I could use various media for communication as well as I
could effectively use several technological resources to communicate with my superiors as well
as subordinates. Furthermore, my public speaking skills allow me to appropriately manage
coordination while giving effective instructions and necessary information to my subordinates.
Leadership Skills: As for the leadership skills, I happen to use each of my skill in relation to
ensure proper management of all the necessary activities and resources which are essential to be a
coordinator. Furthermore, I use different and effective techniques which are essential in
motivating all the workforce in an appropriate manner which happens to increase their
productivity during their tasks. In addition to this, I tend to delegate the work as well to each
individual, which would be allowing every employee within the workplace a chance to enhance
their competence and learn new aspects of their respective jobs.
Weaknesses Teamwork: One of my biggest weaknesses, which somehow could restrict my term as a
coordinator is that I lack effective teamwork skills. Reason for the same is that despite of
possessing effective communication skills, I tend be hesitant in keeping my views within a group.
Furthermore, I also hesitate in correcting individuals in case the methods applied by them are
wrong, due to fear of their further resistance. This, sometimes become quite ineffective and
inefficient for my performance as a coordinator.
Conflict Resolution: Another of my weaknesses which is an essential aspect of coordination, is
that I could not effectively resolve conflicts within an organisation. This is because, I sometimes
tend to become bias in my decisions and fail to take appropriate decisions which somehow,
restrict myself from taking appropriate and effective judgements. Furthermore, due to ineffective

progress in relation with the weaknesses. Following are my opportunities in context with both the job
roles mentioned above: Training Programs at University: One of the best opportunities which effectively could allow
me to increase my skills and be a better coordinator are various training programs within the
University. There are several training programs within the university in relation to teamwork and
conflict management which would allow me in effectively enhance these skills and be a better
coordinator in the tourism industry in the future.
Work Experience: Another effective opportunity which could be grasped by me is that I could
work towards my desired roles and gain effective work experience which would allow me to
ensure perfection within my work. Furthermore, gaining work experience would open gates for
further career growth that would be another opportunity to appropriately experience towards
achieving effectiveness in my job role.
