make the wedding perfect. They can arrange various wedding as well as events on the basis of
requirement. Weddings are arranged on the basis of budget and requirements. A wedding planner
arranges everything starting from the venue of wedding, arranging place for stay if the wedding
is out of station, arranging transportation and all the services. He charge a fees for his services
and the work becomes free as the responsibilities goes on the planner. The report includes the
design which is followed by the planner to make the event successful and there are various
services which are given additional to the client. Going in a wedding is easy but arranging a

A wedding is the most memorable day for the bride and groom as well as their respective
family and friends. On the big day, it is the most desired wish of any bride to have a perfect and
flawless wedding where all the dreams that she has created for her special day gets fulfilled.
While the couple can enjoy the bliss of the sweet interval between engagement and wedding day,

Being an event planner at Rosewood Hotel, London, it is extremely important to maintain
the pride and image that the hotel has for conducting events successfully. The planner can adopt
a series of steps which will help him in determining al the aspects related to designing a layout
for the wedding:-

customer might intend to add more and more items. This can lead to formation of an extravagant
budget and therefore, the manger should formulate a budget after ascertaining all the
requirements of the customer and stick to it adding only relevant items. This will help the

case, the client intends to use Summer Solstice as his daughter's wedding theme and various

schedule of activities. At present, the time available is for one year and there are numerous tasks
to be performed(Huang, 2015) A checklist can be prepared by the manager containing all the
activities like selection of flowers, flavour of cake, selection of food items, time of the wedding,
finalizing the process etc. which will help in finalizing various details related to hosting the
event. There should also be a scope of introduction of newer and urgent tasks in the planning
process.
Develop proper tools for Managing the wedding:- There are many tools that can be used by the
event manager that will assist him in planning the wedding successfully. Tools and software can
be used and all the decisions regarding wedding should be properly documented in folders and
files. Tools like Dropbox etc. are available freely which will help the manager in assessing the
information whenever he requires. Similarly there are many other tools like Microsoft excel
sheets, applications, online event checklists etc. and these can be used to successfully implement
and monitor different activities simultaneously.

attending the wedding and therefore the grand ballroom of Rosewood Hotel will be adequate.

and 14 guests table decorated with white cloth and a bunch of wild flowers coupled with other
seasonal flower will be used to tie at the top. These flowers will also be used to decorate the

of Summer Solstice. As the guests arrive, welcome drinks i.e. Gin and Tonic along with Whiskey
