with desired targets and goals. A work plan is the outline of set of desired goals and procedures
through which a team and an individual can reaching with potential goals and they are offer
better understanding of specific work or tasks. Work plan is used in professional or academic life
which assist in stay organised and arranged while working on particular project or task. It is
required for me is to plan the work which help them in achieving such goals and targets that will
force to organise them and they are given prioritise to it. It is required for me is to set such work
goals which assist them in developing effective work plans. There are various activities which
help in achieving work goals in better manner by an individual such as analyse the main goal,
reaching timeframe, develop appropriate strategies and policies, evaluation of goals and
implementation. Such activities and functions are done for reaching with potential targets in
effective way.

and objectives that are described as follows:
Enhancement in knowledge – It is required for respective organisation is to gain benefits

serving better role model, manager should work on achieving goals and objectives of business. If
manager has followed given strategies then they can serve positive role play model in business
such as: maintaining composure under pressure, setting clear values, working to overcome
obstacles, respecting feeling. If manager of Finoit technologies share their knowledge for
benefits of all other then it can create positivity for other working employees. Also they can
convert conflict into open conversation so that their issues and problems can be solved out. This

responsibility of manager to maintain good work life balance for their employees. The set goals
should be high, creating boundary between personal and balance work time level at work and
good support team (Alexander, 2013).
Stress is the way which cause and affect our thinking, feeling and life. Sometimes, it
helps in working under pressure and motivating for best. The stress can be mental, physical,
emotional and behavioural with different signs and symptoms. It can be caused by internal and
external factors. This need to be managed by making plan in order to cope up with daily
pressures and creating balance between work, life, relaxation, relationships and fun.
The health can be maintained if there is no pressure work and diet is good. In order to

aware about the competency standards which are required. They have accurate knowledge and
skills so that they can able to reach with desired organisational goals. The personal knowledge

endorsed unit of competency are:
Nationally endorsed units of competency is consistent with requirement of work, such are
identified nation wide and based on services (Bottery, 2013).
