INTRODUCTION
Innovation is broadly recognised as the important source for the comparative strategy for
company which is used by many organisations as they can use it to thrive the dynamic business
environment. Along with this, creativity is the factor for developing new things that can develop
anything new and creative either is the new concept, approach or any other thing (Cirera and
Maloney, 2017). The effective use of creativity is to enhance the efficiency of the program,
person, team or business as it is termed as creativity. For completing this report, Zara is
considered which is a Spanish retailer which is based in Spain. The company is specialised in
fast fashion and new products like clothing, accessories, beauty, shoes and so on. Despite from
this, report is going to describe creative and innovative methodologies regarding the production
of possible solution. Furthermore, they also plan for executing solution as per the requirement
and lastly, recommendations are also given overcoming the issues which are discussed in the
report.
IDENTIFICATION OF PROBLEM
The potential issues which is faced by Zara in terms of human resource management was
quick like “inclination in employee turnover and employee absenteeism”. These factors put
huge impact over the productivity of organisation and competitive position within the sector.
Because of the rapid enhancement in employee turnover, it put major impact over the
performance of company as it arises because of the shortage of appreciation, recognition, reward
and inability to offer quality of work life and work life balance to the workforce.
IMPLEMENETATION OF POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
The creative problem solving process tend to scorch regarding the prior art which is linked
to creative solutions by others. All the innovations begin with the creative and innovative issues

2019). There are various strategies that can be obtained by Zara after identifying the incline in

helpful in terms of developing the further opportunities regarding the development of

Better growth and opportunities: By rapid enhancement is the dynamic business
environment, there are several skills that a person must possess and these sort of skills and
knowledge is useful for them in terms of achieve growth in their career and further opportunities
which is useful in terms of shaping their career towards the effective direction.

For reducing the employee turnover and absenteeism, training and development plan must
be developed which is useful in terms of improving the performance standards of workforce like

Need assessment: It is the first step of training and development plan which leads to
assess the training requirements that can be done by effectively monitoring the overall
performance on the grounds of their performance standards (Tischner and Charter, 2017). By

Create a learning environment: By undertaking the environment of learning, which is

and also make decisions which are useful in order to eliminate the impact of employee
turnover are considered as the approach that leads to support the desired standards and
make sure that they tend to use valued things in organisation. By providing them quality
training and effective development sessions is useful to enhance the interest of employees
and their ability to effectively perform the delegated job role and responsibilities that
prominently reduce the employee turnover.
By taking continuous feedbacks: One of the most effective approach to improve the
motivation level of workforce which is to motivate them for sharing their own ideas that
