This report investigates refugee awareness and experiences, focusing on data collected from the University of Manchester and the Refugee Right Centre in South Korea. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, utilizing structured questionnaires and interviews to gather data from 42 respondents. The study explores respondents' awareness of refugee-related terms, their personal experiences (if any), and their views on the global refugee situation. Descriptive data analysis revealed demographic information, including gender, education level, and age group. Quantitative analysis, conducted through SPSS, examined relationships between variables such as refugee status and knowledge of global refugee numbers, as well as attitudes toward the refugee system. The findings indicate a positive association between being a refugee and knowledge about refugees worldwide. Furthermore, the analysis revealed a significant relationship between being a refugee and viewpoints on the refugee system. The report concludes with recommendations based on the findings and includes an executive summary, references, and appendices with figures, SPSS data, and research instruments.
