Project Plan: Role of Study & Work Techniques in Manufacturing

Project Plan (Task 1)

A]. The manufacturing industry is highly based upon level of production. So, the present field in
which research has to be carried out is the manufacturing industry wherein the roles of study
techniques play an effective part in raising the productivity. Working needs to be done in a rather
professional manner.
B]. In order to conduct the secondary research, diversified range of articles would be preferred
along with journals & previous research-works. These would be based upon the effective role of
professional-work and study methods in enhancement of productivity within manufacturing-
industry. Moreover, besides articles & journals, websites will also be taken in consideration.
C]. The following research question will be answered : What is the role of work and study
techniques for improving the productivity within manufacturing industry ?
There are 4 main variables involved which include role of work, role of study techniques,
improvement in productivity by work and study techniques and manufacturing industry. All the
variables mentioned above are aimed towards improving the overall production process in
manufacturing industry.
The aim of the project is : “ To determine the role of work and study techniques for
improving productivity within the manufacturing industry”.
D]. The first term is role of work and study techniques. The second term would be interlinking
thee techniques with improving productivity in manufacturing industry.
E]. These articles are based upon the importance of study and work-based techniques in
enhancing the production process of manufacturing industry (Kulkarni, Kshire and Chandratre,
2014). Study techniques helps to analyse and sort problems in proper way so production can be
increased (Gollin and Rogerson, 2014). Work assigned to the employees can be enhanced
through training and development programs which raises the productivity & performance levels
of industry (Das, Venkatadri and Pandey, 2014).
