defence and space working. Also, I am acquiring all the required skills as I have good

working enough that I will leave no stone unturned to help Airbus to achieve its outcomes.
From my experience of past profile as well, I have acquired various skills as time management
etc. I am used to completing the projects within deadline only. In no case, I have extended the
time of the projects and tasks that have been allotted to me.

1. Why I want to work with Airbus?
Ans : Airbus is a renowned company and is very popularly known for commercial aircraft's,
space and defence (Holt, 2014). I have a three year experience in the aerospace industry but now,
I want to gain some more and wants to increase the standard of my knowledge to a huge extent. I
am pretty sure that I can get that much of knowledge while working in your company. It would
be a great pleasure if you find my skills and qualification essential enough to cope in this
position. I have efficient leadership skills and have excellent verbal as well as written
communication skills. I have efficient skills of negotiating and influencing people. Also, from
my last job experience, I have an appropriate quality of time management skills. Also, I have
successfully completed all the tasks and projects in my last job within the deadlines only. Also,
there were tasks that has been completed before the deadline period. I have efficient management
skills in management and customer relationship management as well. So, I can ensure you that I
can be a good choice if chosen today for your company. Also, I will leave no stone unturned to
help the company in achieving their targets and goals.
2. A time when I worked in a group to achieve targets
In my previous job, the company had organised exhibitions and air shows. For that the
employees have been divided into groups. Each group was consisting of five members. The
responsibility of my group was to manage the equipments to be successfully carried out in the
exhibition ground. The safety was also being managed by our team. When the exhibition started,
various number of people started coming in the exhibition. The people were very curious about
these equipments that are being used in the air bus and other operations of the aerospace
industry. So, we all started answering them and tried to provide a satisfiable answer so that their
queries can get resolved in their mind. There, another team whose responsibility was to control
the crowd in every section was absent due to some reason and the crowd was rushing inside. So,
I decided to take the initiative. I with another member of my team decided to control the crowd.
Although it was not our responsibility, but the event was managed by our company. So, taking

the initiative at that time was very important to save the image of the company. We divided the
crowd equally in every section and made sure that no person can come out of the queue. It was
all done to maintain discipline so that everyone can one by one see the equipments and can ask
their queries. It helped in maintaining discipline and the whole event gone successful enough.
3. Time when I identified a new approach to solve an issue
Ans : In my previous company only, a situation came where a part of the employees start leaving
the company, so the rate of our satisfied customers starts decreasing to a huge extent. That time,
for maintaining an efficient customer relationship management, I discussed with the regional
sales team and provided with a new and modified idea that can help in attracting much number
of customers. I invited some very popular brands of aerospace industry and explained them our
motto. I explained them our part and role of the Biz Lab as well. The new model that our
company has developed after the hard work of some years along with the new systems that have
been used in the air crafts, I explained them all and told the pilot to provide a small journey so
that these popular brands and customers can be able to experience themselves the new and
modified factors. After that, I made them aware about our news room as well. It has been
developed in such a way that it is attractive enough for attracting the owners and authorities of
these popular brands. This was my approach to impress them so that they can gain an efficient
amount of interest again in our company, thus providing benefits for the same as well. That time,
I realise my potential that I am capable enough of investigating any possible way for dealing
with the situations. It is because in time of complex or complicated situations, sometimes, an
easy way to get rid of the issue is to develop a new trend. It also works when the other trends are
not working. So, it is better sometimes to check potential by such means.
4. Time when I had to manage plenty of priorities and complete various tasks as well.
Ans : Like in case of the implementation of the exhibition, when my role was to make sure that
all the equipments and tools are carried out there successfully and safely, while managing that, I
observed that the controlling team was missing. So, I thought of taking the initiative and as soon
after completing the shifting of equipments properly, I started controlling the crowd in a very
effective way. Although it was a hard task to manage such a huge crowd but howsoever, I
managed and divided the equal number of visitors for each section. At that time, I was answering
queries of customers also, monitoring if no one gets out of the queue so that everything will

continue in discipline and after the event as well, it was my responsibility to monitor the
successful bringing of the equipments to the lab centre. During the whole event, I managed all
these responsibilities very efficiently and the event turned out to be successful enough. Along
with managing my responsibility, I was managing the role of my team mates as well because
their group was absent because of some reasons. But rather than losing the hope, I managed
howsoever and was able enough to successfully implement the factors. The authorities were also
impressed with me a lot as I increased my responsibility myself just because to maintain the
standard and image of the company.
5. Project in which I needed to persuade others on my point of view
Ans : At a point, when I was working in my previous company, there came a time when the
company started losing its market shares because the employees were not efficient able to satisfy
their needs and requirements regarding the air crafts, tools etc. That time, after a proper decision
making session with my employees, I told them that we should develop some way by which we
can make involvement of some ways that can help in gaining the attention of the customers. But
they were not agreeing to the fact. I was pretty sure that this can actually work and can help the
company. So, I advised an idea of developing exhibition but my employees were not okay with
the option. So, I influenced them all by telling them the impact of exhibition on increasing the
popularity as well as the productivity rate. It is because there are various number of people that
are not aware of these tools, equipments and their structure completely. So, exhibitions can act as
a very better way that can help in making people more aware about these factors (Goupil and
Costa, 2014). That was the time, I knew this idea could help and so I influenced all of my
employees to agree the fact. Thus, it proved to be a better option for the company as well.

At the time when I came for giving the interview, although I was a bit nervous but I sat
there and relax for a small while. Enormous number of questions were running into my mind that
how I am going to manage the questions of the interviewer. I knew that it will be going too
much tough enough because Airbus is a very renowned company and it is not easy to get placed
in it. Instead of losing hope at that time, I stay confident enough that I will manage whatever the
question will be. Also, I was acquiring of the efficient and appropriate amount of skills that are
required for this profile. So, it provided me some more confidence to cope with the interview
questions. When I entered the board room, there were four members sitting for asking the
interview questions. I knew for sure that it will go to a tough enough level but I was encouraged
enough. They asked me about my previous qualifications and experience. I told them about my
experiences and my interest in the aero space industry.
Then, they started asking me some very basic terms of the aero space industry and I
started giving them appropriate replies. After some questions, I realised that they are impressed
with me. Then they asked me about my experiences of previous job. They gave me a small task
just to check my time management skills. I was aware of that because I had experienced the same
at the time of my previous interview as well. So, it was quite easy for me to complete that before
the time period. Before the deadline, I provided them the solutions of the task they had asked for.
They asked me whether I know Airbus works for what brands and what are the basic operations
of it. Then, I replied that I know Airbus deals with commercial air craft's, helicopters, defence,
space and innovation. When I was working in my previous company, from that time only, I was
focused that one day I will go to Airbus. This is the reason why I investigated every single factor
related to it. I know there are various services that are being provided by the Airbus. Also, they
deal with passenger air craft's as well as corporate jets. They also provided me different
situations and asked me that in what situation, I will do what. This was quite challenging because
at that time, it was going in my mind that whether I will be able to provide a better solution or
not, whether my answer will be relevant enough for resolving the issue, what impact will be of
my answers on the senior authorities etc. That time I did not realise why they are asking the
questions. They gave me various situations and I replied what I felt should be suitable for it.
After some time, I realised that they are checking my leadership skills. In my opinion, that round
also went well because I remained loyal enough and did not answer what I don't feel. I did not

reply to get the attention but I remained honest enough. It is because I still think honesty is the
best policy and can help one to achieve any possible situation and overcome the issues as well. It
was a good experience and is unforgettable as well because I got to sit with such authorities and
it was fun. Although it was a professional meeting but I enjoyed it.
