to have great command over their communication skills so that they can deliver correct message

elements such as active listening, non verbal communication, clarity and concision, confidence,
empathy and feedback. This essay based upon the various aspects of communication with
reference to the company known as Mark and Spencer. It is one of the famous name in terms of
