After conducting the detail research on the park, it can be easily concluded that the
greater number of people thinks that the best time to visit the park is summer because it has been
found that there are several activities being conducted during that period. Secondly, it has been
observed, that due to construction work there will be number of people who will have to face
problem because they are required to take longer route to reach park (Brown, 2018). As
construction work might have a huge impact on the revenue of the park, it will be necessary for
the management of the park that they must be able to work on central area which can easily
attract higher number of customers towards the park though which goals can be accomplished
easily. Even some of the activities and latest technologies can be introduced so that different age
group of people can allow themselves to visit a park on a regular basis.

After having the detail analysis on the park, it was pretty clear that there were lots of area
where improvement was required for obtaining the effective result. It is because improvement
will certainly allow the park to generate more revenue which is favourable for them. Some of the
recommendation and suggestions are discussed below:
 It is necessary for the management of the park to work on some of the important aspects
where they must able to include sign boards which can allow to obtain positive result
(Pipek and et. al., 2018).
 There must be reception in the park because it will certainly allow the visitors to collect
all of the necessary information which are useful at the time of having a visit within the
park. Also, they will get the idea about the various activity which is being conducted
within the park.
 Proper team must be hired who will work for the cleanliness of the park which is very
important in present scenario and who can also help out to plant new tress wherever it is
necessary. Cleanliness will allow to attract visitors on a daily basis.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT
During the course of preparing this particular project I got the opportunity to work on
multiple number of fields so that my overall skills can be improved. It was one of the topics were
secondary research had a great role. In order to meet out that particular goal, it was necessary for
me collect all of the useful information which are related with finding and collecting data. It is
one of the reasons I got the opportunity to improve my research skill. The task was not ended
here because I was in that respective situation where it was important for me to work present the
information in best possible manner and for that writing skills are necessary. So, I decided to
present all of the information in chronological manner which helped me to improve writing and
presentation skills which plays and necessary role (Wilkinson, Eaton, Colhoun and Drewitt,
2018). Not only this, but our professor had given us the specific time period which means that I
must be able to complete my work on specific time. It was among one of the main reason due to
which I tried to work as per the given schedule which allowed me to improve my skills in the
field of time management as well. As requirement of project was there to conduct research as
well so out] group decide to take a visit to the park and have a discussion with employee of the
park and it allowed me to improve my overall skill in the field of communication sector. In short,
it was one of those work which allowed me to improve my number of qualities which was
favourable for me.
